Moderate winds and indecisive clouds described the day at Geto Kogen yesterday, with little to no snow falling and temperatures around -3C across the resort.

Scattered cloud cover today, with light winds and temps to hover above zero, expected to reach a top of 4 degrees at the base. Keep in mind there’s some precipitation set to fall, possibly around lunchtime, and a high chance for some moderate rain into the evening, so if you’re heading out for night skiing — pack the poncho.

Snow cover is hard packed but set to soften as the day warms a little.

Road cover: hard packed, icy in places due to wind.

Tuesday: light snow, moderate winds, top of 4C
Wednesday: moderate to heavy snow, winds calming, tops of -2C
Thursday: possible light snow, little to no winds, tops of -5C

Zones open include Summit, Rabbit, Beech & Stream. At this stage Shooter will remain closed until the main gondola is open.

At this time unfortunately the Main Gondola (Gondola 1) is closed for repair. The resort is working on the repairs, but it will require the next few weeks until it is back in operation. They estimate late January, early February for it to be back in action.
