Yesterday we started to see some of the forecasted snowfall come through — windy at times but the snow was definitely falling fairly consistently throughout the day, around 10cm fell. Mainly tops of about -5C throughout the day, and some heavy snowfall into the evening...

This morning, I’m rather happy to report that we’ve seen 35cm of fresh snowfall across the resort, and probably an extra 5cm at the top.

We’re in for similar conditions today, with moderate to heavy snowfall fairly consistently into the evening, and tops of -7C — definitely a day for all the gear. Even if it isn’t as steezy as you want it to be. Wind chill should get down to -17C, so I would recommend a neck warmer for sure. Hopefully, by the end of the day we’ll see another 25-30cm, so we’re in for a beautiful couple of days on the mountain.

Back to weekdays, so we’re back to just the main gondola spinning. Again, this shouldn’t affect your riding at all — minimal crowds and all terrain still easily accessible.

Pick for the day for our advanced riders is the cruise down B3 into C1, or C5 a few runs over. For you Beginners just finding your feet in the pow — B1 will do just nicely. All tree areas should be magic today, after the slightly overdue yet much appreciated top-up, so just get into it and enjoy yourselves.
