The restaurant and bar ‘HIMATSURI’ is inspired by the famous fire festival in Nozawa onsen, which is held on the 15th of January every winter. The festival is one of the best fire festivals in Japan and a highlight of the winter season in Nozawa. You can feel the local MATSURI (festival) spirit while you enjoy your meal and drinks.
The 2F restaurant area has grill and the Tempura bar. At the bar, the locally made SAKE ‘Mizuo’ is an excellent choice with your favourite meal.
