Kiroro Snow World review by bly
First trip to Hokkaido and we went to Kiroro for a day trip after Niseko. It was snowing like crazy everywhere so the trip from Sapporo took 2.5+ hours instead of 1.5! That cut short our day so we only manage to explore a small part of the resort (My wife being a beginner in snowboarding didn't help...!!!).

From what we see, Kiroro looks like a very local, down to earth type of resort. It's medium in size and snow quality

Niseko Village Ski Resort review by bly
In terms of snow quality/food I'll give this area a 5*. 2 things prompt me to mark it down to 4*. With snow falling all the time, and the occasional strong wind, visibility is not terribly good. So much snow.

Great for beginners and advanced skiiers and snowboarders. Make sure you go OB. Just watch for gullies so you don't have to hike out. The trees are great, but I wish there were a couple more cliffs.

ENJOY!!!

Niseko Grand Hirafu review by Jason
Well the snow was brilliant, non stop powder for 5 days and fresh tracks almost hourly.

That said though, the mountain is almost at balance with the people in the village.

On Saturday lift queues were up to 30 min so you do have to question the ability to add more people at the moment.

But the powder is great, I'll be back

Mount Racey review by akeuki
It has been my first skiing experience in Japan and I am impressed. Yubari was recommended to us by one of the our ski club instructors in New Zealand. First of all, getting to the resort from CTS airport was not a problem at all. Bus trip took around 1hrs 20 min and was comfortable. We stayed in Shuparo hotel which is 3 min away from the ski field (shuttle bus ; walking takes around 10 min). Hotel breakfast was
