Kunimidake review
This is a small place nestled up some back roads. The missus chose this place on the recommendation of a friend. In truth, I found little to recommend for myself.

Ibi Kogen has a great beginner slope. It is long, fairly wide and has a gentle gradient all the way. It is not one of those runs that are marked beginner then part way down turns into intermediate! A fun place to learn.

On the road back there is a lovely little outdoor onsen for only 400yen. Great for getting warmed up before heading home!

Ibi is charming. Small but fun.

It is 45 mins. from Gifu city and there is no toll costs to get there and next door is the Kuze onsen which has a great outdoor soak.
