Kaida Kogen Mia review by Antony
Although I live in Hakuba in the shadow of Goryu, but I often find myself driving all the way to Kaida Kogen Mia for several reasons:

1) Snow condition: dry - on a par with Shiga early, mid, and late season - never had a slushy day, unlike some of the bigger ski grounds with heavy traffic.

There is one foreigner there that's well known though because she hangs with the ski school and helps teach some of the classes - super fast skier.

The top is closed off only to skiers which I don't get since most of the people that go there are snowboarders.

But a short 15 minute hike
