I am new to snowboarding and have started to learn at Palcall. So far I've been three times and I plan to return more often. There is a great selection of runs, pretty long too. Prices are reasonable, including food and drinks in restaurant.
I've enjoyed snowboarding here a lot. There is usually some snow here, but yesterday I hit a few icy patches that killed me. When there's some good snowfall the runs can be busy, but there are plenty
Not crowded at all. Great for beginners and families, but not much here for the intermediate and nothing for an advanced boarder. Their "Black" run was comparable to some easier reds at most other mountains I'd been to. Thre were some nice runs off-piste, and ski patrol didn't seem to care.
Nice for an easy day out, and perfect if you want to teach a friend to board
