Kujyu Shinrin Koen (usually just known as Kujyu or Kujyu Snow World) is located in Kokonoe town in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. While it is by no means large compared to many ski resorts on Honshu and Hokkaido, it is the largest ski hill on Kyushu island with over 2km of courses available. Natural snow is helped along by snow making machines. It first opened in December 1996.

Kujyu is the only ski hill in Oita Prefecture and one of only a few on the island of Kyushu. Kyushu is the third largest island of Japan and most south-westerly of the four main islands.
