The snow has been falling through the night here at Grandeco with fresh snow coming in at 10+ new cm. Looks like it will keep coming down all day so be sure to bring goggles.

Conditions today, again, are groomed and packed powder through out the resort. The courses at Grandeco are now 80% operational, with just over 4000 meters of ski-able terrain.

If we continue with the forecasted snow as scheduled Grandeco will be opening the #4 Lift by this weekend, which would potentially give us 100% skiable terrain.

Lift lines should not be a problem and you will have plenty of space on the trails as its mid week.

For people wanting to climb Mt. Nishidaiten, please be sure to fill in the mountain climbing sheet located by the ticket counter. Take the gondola and the Number 3 lift to hike up. It will take one and half hours from the top of the lift to Mt. Nishidaiten peak by foot. Snowshoes are highly recommended.
