Good morning from Hakuba.

I need to be early and quick today, but I bring you more very good news.

Goryu seem to be reporting a whopping 70cm and Tsugaike this morning reporting 50cm of fresh snow up top. All the different numbers in the list below.

There's a really decent amount down to base too. Love to see it.

As I said yesterday... excellent!

Sun forecast for tomorrow. Should be a great day.

Not entirely sure about some of the total numbers this morning... they don't seem to have increased as much as the numbers being reported yesterday.

Anyway, that's what is up there on official 'sauces'... just the messenger!

All ski areas in the region are now open. The below information is checked from official sources and manually adjusted each morning. There are currently various adjustments to operations in effect at some ski areas due to the coronavirus situation. Please check with ski areas for such details.

13th, 20th, 27th February 2021
Karamatsu and Shirakaba areas

Night skiing is not planned at other ski areas during the 2020-2021 season

We manually check and update this official data just before we publish each Hakuba Now report. Any odd-looking numbers are due to the source data. We have no control over the data. Just to be extra clear, unlike our own ‘observed snowfall’ data from base that we show at the top of each report, the data in the table is not an independent observation by SnowJapan.
