Good morning from Hakuba.

It's a beautiful morning. Blue skies. Sunshine. Sounds like there's some windy conditions on the mountain but as far as I can tell resorts are opening as normal at the start of the day.

It is due to be warmer today and tomorrow, perhaps hitting double digits in the village with similar conditions forecast for tomorrow... it should be a feel-good few days.

Come the end of the week it is looking like things will once again get a bit colder with the chance of some more snow. That would be a good way to end March.

-----

In the next few days I'll get more specific with info on operating lifts and courses at resorts.
