Morning from Hakuba.

So yes, it was a beautiful day yesterday with gorgeous blue skies above Hakuba and an amazing sunset as well. It also noticed how it is getting dark a bit later too... it was getting on for being 6pm before it was dark yesterday.

And this morning. Well, not much to see here! Lots of cloud and some light snow falling from earlier on. No cm to report yet from lower down, though I notice that Cortina are reporting 1cm and Happo-one reporting 2cm on their slopes. I wouldn't expect much today but perhaps we will get some particularly on the mountains.

The forecasts show some interesting stuff going on around Sunday. Warmth and rain? We could do without any of that nonsense. Let's keep an eye on that though and complain more vociferously nearer the time if it still looks like incoming.
