We've had a bit of rain on and off this morning in Minakami. Patches of blue sky are visible now and it looks like it will clear up and the forecast has us down for cloud/sun this afternoon, so it might turn into a nice day. It feels very warm and spring-like today and the snow is pretty soft due to the warm temperatures and wet snow/rain of the last couple of days. Spring conditions have come early.

Cloud/sun are forecast for the next few day with the temperature starting to dip again towards the end of the week with the possibility of light snow over the weekend.
