Amazing day out on the slopes yesterday. March sure can give us the goods when it wants to!

And once again conditions take a 180 degree turn (no, it's not that hot honest). After the snow of yesterday, we have bright blue skies above both Naeba and Kagura early on this morning for what seems set to be a very fine day. A very cold start to the day.

We have a chance of light snow tonight and then temperatures are due to get a bit warmer for the weekend. For now though after that snow load yesterday conditions should remain good.

As you may know, it's 'White Day' today. The day when men give their Valentine a return chocolate, or indeed cookies. To celebrate this, ahem, tradition Naeba are selling special 1 day pair tickets today for 8000 yen and the first 500 ladies to turn up apparently are going to get some cookies. What more could you want?!
