Naeba-tastic morning report - we are truly snowed under this morning!

Last night we received a huge amount of snow and it is still currently chucking it down. It’s estimated to have snowed between 50cms and 70cms over night. We have moderate winds, which are unfortunately bringing upper lifts to a halt currently. The temperature is -4 degrees.

The snow and winds are both looking like they will slow up as the day goes on.

Tomorrow’s weather is looking like it will be a hum dinger! With forecasted blue skis and low winds, providing second to none conditions!

Lifts at the base of Naeba are currently opening up as we speak, once they have been dug out. Upper lifts and gondolas are currently closed, with ski patrol working hard to open more runs as the day goes on.

The Dragondola over to Tashiro/Kagura is closed all day with part of Kagura open via Mitsumata.

---

Official snow depths:

Naeba: 270cm
Kagura: 350cm

---

New snowfall:

50-60cm
