Cloud in the village this morning and cloud covering the top of the mountains where visibility is poor at the moment. After a moderately windy day yesterday, things are back to normal for today with the resorts operating as planned.

More cloud and possible rain tomorrow before better forecast weather (sun/cloud) for the weekend.

The run down the side of the mountain back to the Mitsumata car park is now closed for the season, so everyone needs to take the Mitsumata Ropeway back down to base.

Planned closing dates for Naeba and Kagura:

Naeba: May 6th
Tashiro area of Kagura: May 6th
Kagura Mitsumata (via Mitsumata Ropeway): May 24th
