We were hoping for temperatures to keep on the lower side this morning but as of yet it is keeping warm. Overnight it was noticeably warm actually - I even kept my window open - and this morning it remains about 8 degrees at base.

Got to report it unfortunately, but it is raining. There's a fairly strong wind as well meaning that the Dragondola and top lifts at Naeba are closed and on stand by at the moment, though all of Kagura seems to be operating as normal. Still holding out for potentially decent snowfall later today into tomorrow, let's will these temps down. It also looks like there might be snow on the forecast on and off over the coming week.

From Monday 2nd April until Sunday 8th April the following lifts will be operating at Naeba: No2 Gondola, No5 quad and Takenokoyama pair lifts. This will keep a pretty large section of the resort open. Of course, with Dragondola closed there will be no direct connection with Tashiro.
