Happy New Year to you all! We hope you had an enjoyable festive period and wish you all the best for 2003.

Well, Shiga Kogen has seen a lot of new snow since our last update in late December. Currently there is over 2 meters of the powdery stuff in most regions of the resort area (with around 215cm at the Yokoteyama resort). Snow conditions are good - the snow is light and a pleasure to ride.
