Yesterday afternoon the rain arrived and we were treated to some thunder and lightning as well as some strong winds during the night.

Things have settled down this morning and it is generally overcast. At 10am, the thermometer outside says 10 degrees, and the forecast is for that to rise to around 14 in the early afternoon as well as a chance of the sun appearing later on.

Today is the last day for a number of resorts (see previous report), and after this weekend it will pretty much just be higher resorts that remain open. Some of those that are closing today did well to stay open in some form for so long as there is almost no snow now on many town level resort lower slopes.
