Some rain overnight and lots of cloud this morning but glimpses of the sun at times as well, and clearer skies forecast as the day progresses.

More cloud is forecast tomorrow and hopefully more sun on Sunday. It's cooled down a bit since those hot days over Golden Week, but very pleasant. Even a chilly feel perhaps early in the morning if you get up there to Kagura.

Expect Kagura to be busy if you plan to go over the weekend... early start recommended!

Kagura:
Kagura plans to be open until 31st May.

Planned lifts:

Mitsumata Ropeway
Mitsumata Number 1 high speed lift
Mitsumata Number 2 Romance lift
Kagura Gondola
Kagura Number 1 high speed lift
Kagura Number 1/4 Romance lifts (Saturdays and holidays only)

The Mitsumata area is now used only as a way to get to and from the main Kagura area.

All other ski resorts in the region are now closed for the season.
