Since the last report we have had a lot of rainfall in Yuzawa and the surrounding area... sometimes torrential rain like it was earlier this morning. So it has generally been a wet and often humid few weeks. Temperatures have varied usually around the upper 20's (plus the humidity which makes it feel hotter), but it has cooled down considerably this afternoon and even dipped under 20 since early afternoon.

Better weather is forecast for the weekend but more rain is on the forecast for next week, so it looks like we have a bit more of the rainy season to get through before summer proper arrives.
