Another warm morning and the sun is out, but there's also some fairly strong winds as well - GALA was not operating early on and it looks like they may well not all day. (And they have warned that even if they do open up the lifts may be moving slow).

Just given Kagura a call and at the moment because of the winds only the 3 lifts at the Mitsumata area are open.
