We are now down to slopes as per the season beginning - Utopia, Paradise, Chuo and Diamond Valley areas. Snow is heavy sherbet.

We are now into what is probably the last full week of the season - some lifts going into May aside, but operations might be unpredictable - with sunny days expected throughout. The Chuo and Utopia areas will persevere until 5th May if they can, but some lifts will only operate on the weekend so check the schedule first.

For me, I'm calling it a day and, after this morning, I'll be waxing everything to put away for next season.

From now on until the last ski lifts close for the season, we will update Zao Now from time to time.

- Shobunuma Number 2 pair: only open on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th April
