Clear and sunny
After that nice surprise with the snowfall the other day, we're back to more spring like conditions today... the sun is out and while it was keeping quite chilly earlier it is warming up now. There's just a light wind.
A nice day to be out on the slopes.
The following lifts plan to remain open through until 6th May:
All the Ropeways Chuo Number 1 Pair AB (every day) Utopia Number 2 Pair Chuo Number 2 Pair AB (27th April until 6th May) Katakai Triple (27th-29th April, 3rd-6th May) Paradise Pair AB (27th April until 6th May)
Yesterday kept pretty cold out on the mountains in Hakuba, with the temperature not really venturing into positive numbers even mid to upper resort areas.
It's already warmer this morning and about 10C as we approach 10am and it will be warming up further.
Blue skies earlier on, but it has greyed over in the last couple of hours and a bit duller now. Cloudier conditions are forecast and then tomorrow we can expect some rainfall in Hakuba.
