Happo-one review by Chris
I think the sheer size of Happo One is what makes this warrant a 3 instead of a 2. The mountain is over-groomed and what is nice and natural on Happo is out of bounds (hit the top, jump the fence and away you go - careful not to start an avalanche and beware sinkholes).

Nasty windshears but the highest mountains always have that.

It's probably a good mountain for beginners but not the best challenge for intermediates and above.

Hakkoda review by someone
The most important thing to say about Hakkoda is WOW!

The runs off the gondola are amazing and the powder is endless.

There aren't many runs, but the short run of 3.5km more than makes up for that.

There are a few easier runs off the chair lift.

This is a mountain that MUST be experienced.
