On my visit to this resort, the conditions were great. There was 18 inches of fresh powder and still falling. It had snowed constant for two days prior to hand and was still dumping the snow when we arrived.
The only down side to that was they were grooming the advanced runs on the western side of the mountain so they were closed, but other than that the staff was great and very helpful.
I went on a friday and it wasn't crowded at all. The courses were very enjoyable and I will say that the night skiing was excellent. Most of the mountain is open for night skiing. The only thing really closes is the gondola. The quads and twins stay open, so most of all the runs are accessible for night skiing.
I am not a big snowboarder, but it appeared to have good amount of accomodations for the boarders - like halfpipe and all. Even having to drive 4 hours to get there I will go back when ever possible.
